Following our success in a limited design competition, we are pleased that Full Planning approval was achieved for an exciting new one-off private home in Sandbanks. This is the second house designed for the client, in this part of Sandbanks. It is an open-plan 4-bedroom scheme, with an indoor swimming pool and a cinema room.
The site is in an elevated position with spectacular views towards Sandbanks Harbour and Brownsea Island. In order to make the most of its prominent location, the proposal utilises large expanses of floor to ceiling glazing at all levels. Large balconies across the front elevation further emphasise this indoor-outdoor relationship.
We are very excited to be moving forward with the technical design aspect and look forward to the realisation of our client’s vision.
