UPLANDS, FAREHAM
This scheme involved the extension of a care home that was once a grand Georgian manor house. The Grade II listed house required the removal of its unsympathetic existing extension and the use of a planar glazed link to provide access to the proposed scheme. This allowed the original elevation to be restored.
The scheme offered major improvements in accommodation with en-suite rooms, a spacious dining room and an attractive garden terrace to the rear.
