Commanding excellent sea views and a desirable location these houses promise to be something special.
The site neighbours a prominant local landmark listed building. The White House was once the summer house of a nearby stately home but was converted to flats more recently.
This project was designed using Building Information Modelling (BIM) in Autodesk Revit software that allows full integration of two dimensional plans and 3d model.
Revit allows us to produce building regulations drawings, itemised quantities of materials and schedules more efficiently and pass savings on to our clients.
Revit also allows the production of photo realistic visualisations for marketing and presentation purposes.
