Staffing at Williams Lester Architects
Since the formation of the practice we have been committed to developing and expanding our resources to improve the range and quality of services we can provide to clients.
The practice employs 15 staff comprising 5 architects, 8 architectural technicians/technologists and 2 administrative staff. The practice operates industry recognised CAD software, which includes Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture (Building Information Modelling) and Sketchup along with other industry standard imaging and office software.
The management is structured into design teams, each led by an associate director responsible to the principal directors David Lester. Several of our staff have additional areas of expertise, incluing building conservation, CDM Co-ordination, Party Wall Surveying and Energy Performance through our in-house SAP and Code for Sustainable Homes assessors
