extend into areas of expertise beyond traditional A/E disciplines,
supporting client needs with design/build, workplace management
and strategic facilities planning services.

schools, listed buildings, apartments, social housing and nursing
homes.
The company is experiencing a period of rapid
growth and has a number of vacancies for experienced professionals
to undertake the roles of Design Architect and Architectural Technologist.
Williams Lester is also committed to the "Investors in People" programme
and staff are encouraged to participate in various CPD programmes
arranged through the office.

Minimum 2-3 years PQE.
Excellent design & project
management skills required. |

Minimum 3-5 years experience.
Working
knowledge of AutoCad& current Building Regulations essential. |

Leader |
Qualified
architect experienced in preparing designs from feasibility
to detailed planning, negotiating with local planning authorities
and building control departments and managing a design team. |
