Since the formation of the practice we have been
committed to developing and expanding our resources to improve
the range and quality of services we can provide to clients.
The
practice employs 30 staff comprising 14 architects, 11 architectural
technicians/technologists and 5 administrative staff. The practice
is fully equipped with computer aided design and drafting equipment
for all staff using Auto Cad 2008, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft
Office and coloured printing facilities. The management is structured
into design teams, each led by an associate director responsible
to the principal directors Walter Williams and David Lester. Projects
are allocated to these teams generally in accordance with building
types, e.g.
General Housing, Apartments – Commercial,
Industrial
Care Sector Projects, Sheltered Housing, Special
Needs, Residential Nursing Homes, Public Sector Buildings, Schools,
Libraries etc
Projects involving Conservation Areas,
Listed Buildings, or sites in Planning Sensitive Areas – Urban
Design etc
